Yes! We do our research and source for the finest and all-natural ingredients we can find, to give you naturally soft and supple skin. Most of our ingredients are imported from the US, Europe and Japan. Our products do not contain parabens, PEGS and nasty chemicals.
Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not! We love animals, and it is very important for us to stay cruelty-free. All of our products are tested on humans only.

Most of our products have a 3-12 months shelf life. You can find your product’s exact expiration date on your product’s package.

How often should I use the body scrubs?
This depends on whether you are looking to help a specific skin condition or if you are just looking for exfoliation. We recommend using our scrubs 2-3 times per week, ongoing to keep your skin soft, smooth and supple.
When will I start to see results?
Results vary with each individual and depend on a variety of factors including your genetics, skin type, skin condition, lifestyle, environment, etc. Allow 4-12 weeks to achieve optimal results.
Are your beauty products suitable for all skin types?
Yes. However, if you have sensitive skin, do a test patch prior to use and discontinue if irritation occurs.

When will my order arrive?
Once payment has been received successfully, all orders will be processed within 1-4 business days and sent from our studio. Our products are handcrafted to order, so they can be delivered to you at their freshest.

All items are despatched from our studio in the most secure possible way. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products.
